Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven team member to execute on partner-based co-branded credit card acquisition and engagement for one of US Bank’s strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in co-brand credit card programs, strong partner management skills, and a passion for delivering best-in-class experiences.
This person will work with U.S. Bank colleagues, and the cobrand partner to deliver the strategy and roadmap to acquire and grow cardmembers profitably and at scale. They will identify, size, and prioritize new strategies, capabilities, and campaigns to drive growth by attracting new applicants and driving conversion in partner channels.
They should have strong knowledge of entire funnel with proven success executing campaigns to drive members/prospects to conversion.   
The role requires experience in customer acquisition in credit cards, including targeting, testing, digital marketing, creative, and media execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning and execution to grow acquisitions and portfolio engagement for assigned co-branded credit card program
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure seamless integration
  • Evaluate campaign performance and provide recommendations to optimize results, improve customer outcomes, and maximize return on investment.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements
  • Influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align strategic goals and campaign execution
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships across all levels of the organization and within the co-brand partner organization
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines, budget requirements, and performance targets

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in payments and banking, including consumer and partner-facing roles

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Experience working in financial services, banking, or credit card issuer
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing data-driven marketing programs that deliver measurable business results.
  • Exceptional influencer with a track record of creating and executing strategies with and through internal and external stakeholders without direct authority
  • Expertise in developing full funnel acquisition programs, including targeting, creative, offers, conversion, approval and early engagement
  • Experience leveraging customer insights, analytics, and testing methodologies to optimize marketing performance.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Cobrand card partner relationship management
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to understand and use data
  • Cross-functional leadership and collaboration

Location expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $111,600.00 - 136,400.00
