We count active, unexpired job records in the Careeronaut database. New-posting comparisons use provider-supplied posting dates. Salary values are normalized to annual whole-dollar amounts from stored minor currency units. Duplicate source records are removed during ingestion. Because provider coverage changes, comparisons should be treated as directional.
