Yes, any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you keep access to all Explorer features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your resumes are never deleted.

All your resumes are kept. You can still view and edit them on the Free plan. You just can't create new ones (Free allows 1 resume) or use Pro templates. You can re-subscribe any time to regain full access.

If your first payment was made within the last 7 days and you haven't exported a resume, you're eligible for a full refund. The $0.99 trial fee is non-refundable. See our refund policy for full details.

Yes. Go to Account Settings and click 'Delete Account'. This permanently removes your account and all associated data including resumes, cover letters, and personal information. This action cannot be undone.
