Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to lead strategy and product management for the Paper Receivables portfolio within Global Treasury Management Product Management. This individual contributor will focus on solutions that help commercial clients receive, process, deposit and reconcile paper-based payments, while advancing the portfolio toward more digital, automated and integrated experiences.
The role is accountable for portfolio strategy, financial performance, client outcomes, product risk, modernization and lifecycle management. The Senior Lead Product Manager will work across Sales, Operations, Technology, Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance and other product teams to establish priorities, develop investment cases and drive execution across a complex set of products and platforms.

In this role, you will:
Own the product strategy, target state and multiyear roadmap for the Paper Receivables portfolio, aligned with broader receivables and treasury management priorities.
Serve as the senior product subject matter expert for paper receivables, providing direction on client needs, market trends, competitive positioning, operational processes and technology capabilities.
Manage portfolio performance, including revenue, expenses, pricing, profitability, volumes, attrition, service performance, adoption and investment outcomes.
Identify opportunities to improve funds availability, data quality, straight-through processing, reconciliation, exception handling and the overall client experience.
Lead paper-to-electronic migration strategies that preserve client choice and continuity while increasing adoption of digital receivables capabilities.
Translate client feedback, sales insights, operating data, risk findings and market research into product priorities, business requirements and investment cases.
Partner with Sales and relationship teams on client opportunities, product positioning, sales enablement, pipeline conversion and strategic client engagements.
Lead product discovery and requirements definition, clarify business outcomes, establish success measures and make tradeoff recommendations across scope, timing, cost and risk.
Drive the full product lifecycle, including development, launch readiness, commercialization, pricing, servicing, modernization, migration, platform consolidation and product retirement.
Partner with Technology and Operations to sequence roadmaps, manage dependencies, address capacity constraints and improve delivery transparency.
Establish and maintain a strong product risk and control environment across product development, change management, implementation, third-party relationships and ongoing performance.
Lead cross-functional forums, frame decisions for senior leaders and communicate portfolio strategy, performance, risks, investment needs and execution status with clarity.
Mentor product managers and contribute to stronger product management practices, talent development and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Deep experience in treasury management, receivables, transaction banking, commercial payments or deposit products.
Demonstrated product management experience with paper receivables capabilities such as lockbox, remote deposit, desktop deposit, check processing, image and data capture, cash acceptance or deposit reporting.
Experience managing an established, operationally intensive portfolio while leading modernization, automation or platform transformation.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing product P&L, pricing, profitability, investment prioritization, attrition and business performance.
Knowledge of commercial client receivables workflows, including payment receipt, posting, exception management, data delivery, reconciliation and order-to-cash integration.
Experience developing strategies to migrate clients from paper-based processes to electronic, automated or integrated receivables solutions.
Ability to translate complex client, operational, technology and risk issues into clear product requirements, prioritized roadmaps and executive decisions.
Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional work across Product, Sales, Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, Legal and Compliance.
Experience with product risk management, change management, third-party dependencies, business continuity and control design in a regulated environment.
Strong client-facing and commercialization skills, including proposition development, strategic client engagement and adoption planning.
Executive-level written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex topics, frame tradeoffs and make clear recommendations.
Ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity and drive accountability across multiple teams without direct authority.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, finance, technology or a related field.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$139,000.00 - $260,000.00Benefits
