Duties

This position is an unpaid internship working with the Special Operations/Onboarding & Training Unit (OTU). The interns major duties are below: Support OTU in developing role-based eLearning content that documents and standardizes court business processes. Assist with analyzing procedures and identifying content for role-based training. Assist with creating materials using tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and Captivate. Assist with monitoring workflow decisions, resolving discrepancies. Assist with validating steps in the Court's case management system. Position is flexible to focus the duties to meet the interests and goals of the intern.

Requirements

Background and security investigations are required. Please note that authorization for the release of your adult criminal record, revealing any convictions and forfeitures, and any criminal cases currently pending before the courts, is required.
