Duties
Maintains the Senate Employment Bulletin/Internship Opportunities Bulletin by posting and removing advertisements; runs reports to determine which vacancies have been posted. Maintains communication with Administrative Managers and Chiefs of Staff within Member offices and committees to determine if the advertisements need to be archived or re-posted. Responds to inquiries within the Employment Office’s general inbox; provides guidance to the general public looking for assistance from the Employment Office. Interviews Resume Bank applicants to provide guidance on employment in Congress ensuring applicants receive comprehensive information regarding congressional operations and Senate employment practices; reviews resumes and suggests methods for improvement. Supports Senator-elect resume collection during election cycle; coordinates with Senator-elect designees to provide applications of candidates and maintains metrics. Performs recruitment support duties for SAA recruitment as assigned by management, contributing to operational support and process improvements. Other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications and evaluation

Education
High School Diploma/GED.
