Job Description
The TPS Market Readiness team organizes and supports treasury and payment solutions focused market readiness and commercialization programs. The team works across Product, Sales, Marketing, Learning & Development, Communications, Implementation, and other partner groups to help prepare the organization to position, sell, implement, and support TPS solutions. The TPS Market Readiness Program Manager coordinates cross-functional plans and activities for product launches, enhancements, and strategic growth initiatives, helping improve sales readiness, speed to revenue, product growth, and market awareness.
Position Highlights
Lead assigned market readiness and commercialization programs supporting new products, enhancements, re-commercialization efforts, and strategic growth initiatives.
Partner with Product and Sales teams to understand product strategies, roadmap timing, target clients, use cases, market opportunities, and business objectives, and translate those insights into practical readiness plans.
Serve as a central point of coordination among Product, Sales, Marketing, Learning & Development, Communications, Implementation, technical and client-facing consultants, and other partners to align activities, clarify responsibilities, and support timely execution.
Develop and maintain program plans that outline key audiences, deliverables, owners, dependencies, timing, and readiness needs, adjusting the approach based on the size and complexity of each initiative.
Facilitate cross-functional planning and status discussions, monitor progress, identify risks or gaps, and help resolve or escalate issues that may affect readiness.
Support established governance and prioritization processes by helping assess partner impact, preparing program information and recommendations, and maintaining visibility into assigned initiatives.
Help ensure sales and client-facing teams have appropriate positioning, learning, communications, and enablement resources to support effective client conversations.
Organize programs around client processes, industries, and solution areas such as payables, receivables, liquidity, embedded payments, international payments, healthcare, and other TPS priorities.
Provide clear program updates and recommendations to stakeholders and leaders, and use feedback and available performance indicators to identify opportunities for continued improvement.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, marketing, communications, project management, or another related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Five or more years of experience in banking, financial services, product commercialization, product marketing, sales enablement, program management, or a related field.
Experience coordinating or leading cross-functional programs, projects, or initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and move work forward in a collaborative environment.
Treasury management, transaction banking, payments, product commercialization, product marketing, or sales enablement experience.
Strong program and project management skills, including planning, prioritization, dependency management, risk identification, status reporting, and follow-through.
Ability to build trusted relationships, facilitate alignment, and influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
Consultative approach with the ability to understand business needs, identify gaps, and translate complex information into practical recommendations and action plans.
Strong strategic, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, including the ability to create clarity when information or direction is still developing.
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.
Ability to balance multiple initiatives while maintaining attention to detail, organization, and timely execution.
Experience developing or improving repeatable processes, templates, reporting, or governance practices.
Familiarity with sales enablement content, learning, product positioning, internal or external communications, market activation, or readiness measurement.
PMP certification or comparable program management training is beneficial but not required.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
