Kaye/Bassman is looking for experienced search consultants who know how to develop business, manage clients, and close searches. This is a full-desk opportunity for proven producers who want uncapped earning potential, the freedom to build their own market, and the resources of an established executive search firm behind them.
What You’ll Do
Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship development.
Build and manage relationships with hiring managers and senior decision-makers.
Run the full search process from client development and candidate sourcing through negotiation and placement.
Recruit and engage high-quality passive candidates.
Develop a specialized market and build a long-term book of business.
Manage multiple searches while maintaining consistent communication and follow-through.

What We’re Looking For
Proven success in executive search, full-desk recruiting, staffing, or a similar business development environment.
A demonstrated ability to generate new business and grow client relationships.
Experience sourcing, recruiting, and placing passive candidates.
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
An entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to build a profitable practice.
A high level of accountability, organization, and follow-through.
A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
