Duties

Serve as a co-equal panelist on the Bureau's Executive Assessment Panel, the body responsible for evaluating the leadership readiness of candidates for senior positions across the federal correctional system. Designs, develops, applies, and refines leadership focused executive assessment methodologies that determine the suitability of leaders at the local, regional, and headquarters levels. Analyzes organizational culture, leadership climate, and systemic leadership needs to ensure assessment methodologies remain grounded in real-world leadership environments across all levels.

Requirements

Career Transition Programs (CTAP or ICTAP): These programs apply to Federal and/or DOJ employees who meet the definition of surplus or displaced from a position in the competitive service. Qualifications and evaluation

Your application will be evaluated and rated under DOJ's Category Rating and Selection Procedures. Based upon your responses to the assessment questions during the application process, your application will be placed into one of three categories: Best Qualified, Highly Qualified, or Qualified. Required documents

Special Conditions of Employment Section: The incumbent is subject to geographic relocation to meet the needs of the agency. Appointment is subject to satisfactory completion of a pre-employment and panel interview, urinalysis, physical, and background investigation.
