Duties
You will provide technical unaccompanied housing expertise to the DPW Housing Chief, installation leadership, and military units in support of Army Barracks Management Program requirements. You will manage the installation Unaccompanied Housing Program, including occupancy and utilization, assignments, maintenance, furnishings, data management, and day-to-day program execution. You will oversee Army Barracks Management Program compliance, internal controls, reporting, and unit barracks management activities to ensure effective housing operations. You will direct inspections, assessments, and program reviews to evaluate barracks conditions, maintenance performance, utilization, and long-range sustainment requirements. You will provide oversight of housing contracts and resources, including Contracting Officer’s Representative duties when appointed, to ensure services meet mission and program requirements. You will direct the work of unaccompanied housing and furnishings management employees, establish priorities, evaluate performance, provide training, and ensure continuity of housing operations.

Selection is subject to restrictions resulting from Department of Defense referral system for displaced employees.
