RSC2 is currently looking for a Quality & Knowledge Management Coordinator to join our growing team!
The Quality & Knowledge Management Coordinator supports assigned programs and corporate functions by coordinating quality management activities, compliance efforts, workforce development programs, knowledge management initiatives, records administration, reporting, scheduling, audits, and continuous improvement activities. Working under a Program Manager or Director-level staff member, this role helps ensure organizational knowledge, records, training resources, and operational processes are effectively maintained, controlled, communicated, and continuously improved in accordance with company policies, established procedures, ISO, CMMI, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
This position serves as a key contributor to organizational effectiveness by supporting the company's Quality Management System (QMS), administration of the HUBZup employee development program, maintenance of corporate knowledge repositories, records governance, audit readiness, workforce development initiatives, and process improvement efforts across the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support corporate and program processes, policies, SOPs, governance requirements, and management systems, including applicable ISO, CMMI, and quality management standards.
- Assist with documenting, maintaining, reviewing, and improving corporate and program procedures, workflows, templates, process assets, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate corporate training, workforce readiness, and professional development activities, including onboarding, annual compliance requirements, HUBZup participation, training schedules, training records, completion tracking, reporting, and maintenance of training materials and resources. Ensure training documentation, records, and metrics support organizational compliance, quality management, and continuous improvement objectives.
- Coordinate administration of the company's HUBZup Employee Development and Advancement Program, including participant enrollment, training coordination, progress tracking, documentation management, performance reporting, communication activities, and recognition initiatives.
- Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the company's Quality Management System (QMS), including document control, process compliance monitoring, corrective action tracking, metrics collection, and audit readiness activities.
- Administer and maintain corporate knowledge management systems, repositories, libraries, collaboration platforms, and process asset collections to ensure information remains current, organized, accessible, and properly controlled.
- Support company records management activities by organizing, maintaining, archiving, auditing, and controlling electronic and physical records in accordance with company policies, retention requirements, contractual obligations, and business needs.
- Coordinate the collection, organization, and maintenance of objective evidence, records, and documentation required to demonstrate compliance with ISO, CMMI, contractual, customer, and internal governance requirements.
- Coordinate with program personnel, corporate functional areas, subcontractors, and third-party stakeholders to communicate status, gather information, track activities, and support planning and execution efforts.
- Support internal audits, assessments, process reviews, and compliance activities by gathering documentation, maintaining evidence repositories, tracking findings, supporting corrective actions, and coordinating follow-up activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, status updates, meeting materials, training documentation, metrics, and other program and corporate communications.
- Maintain schedules, calendars, action-item logs, deliverable trackers, training matrices, compliance trackers, records inventories, and other management tools.
- Schedule and participate in meetings; document decisions, action items, lessons learned, and follow-up requirements.
- Support lessons learned, corrective action, and continuous improvement activities by capturing organizational knowledge, tracking improvement initiatives, and promoting adoption of approved processes and best practices.
- Identify operational, schedule, compliance, documentation, records management, quality, or process issues and coordinate with appropriate stakeholders to support timely resolution.
- Support configuration control and version management of corporate policies, procedures, training materials, forms, templates, records, and controlled documents.
- Support Program Managers and corporate leadership with special projects, data calls, business initiatives, process improvement activities, and other assigned responsibilities.
Requirements
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Human Resources, Education, Information Management, Organizational Development, Quality Management, or a related field; equivalent relevant education and professional experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in quality management, business operations, program coordination, knowledge management, records management, compliance, training administration, project support, or a related area.
- Experience coordinating activities, deadlines, meetings, deliverables, and multiple stakeholders.
- Experience maintaining documentation, records, repositories, databases, document control systems, or administrative systems.
Security Requirements:
- Ability to obtain and maintain any security clearance, customer authorization, or system access required by the assigned program or corporate function.

Salary at RSC2 is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $42,000 to $56,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical total compensation range for this position.
