Summary
About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the ST-IC-W0JAAA US ARMY COUNTERINTELLIGENCE COMMAND.
Duties
Identifies inventory discrepancies, shortages, and unserviceable items and reports them promptly to the supervisor. Prepares and maintains primary hand receipts and sub-hand receipts, executing issues, turn-ins, and adjustment documents. Reconciles on-hand property against the TDA and other authorization documents, preparing excess/shortage reports and requests for authorization changes. Analyzes loss, damage, and shortage trends to determine root causes and implements corrective supply discipline measures with command-level metrics.

COE CON'T: In accordance with DoDM 8140.03 and supplemental Army guidance, the employee must obtain and maintain the following requirements for each Cyber work role (except Data, AI, and/or Software Engineering) at the assigned proficiency level: 1) Foundational qualification requirements within 9 months, 2) Resident qualification requirements within 12 months, 3) 20hours of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) per work role code (which can overlap). This position requires a 2 year trial period during which the agency evaluates your fitness and whether your continued employment advances the public interest.
