About This Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant within Digital & Direct Investing, a strategic growth area of Wealth & Investment Management.

This highly visible leadership role sits at the intersection of business strategy and execution. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, helping shape strategic priorities while also driving large-scale initiatives from concept to implementation. The role is ideal for a leader who combines innovative thinking with disciplined execution and can translate complex business challenges into measurable results.

Success in this position requires strong executive presence, deep business acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence outcomes across a highly matrixed organization. You will work closely with senior leaders to accelerate growth, enhance client experiences, improve operational effectiveness, and support the continued evolution of Wells Fargo's digital investing business.

In This Role You Will

• Partner with executive leaders to define, prioritize, and execute high priority initiatives supporting Digital & Direct Investing and Wealth & Investment Management.
• Lead complex, enterprise-wide business initiatives that drive business performance, operational excellence, client experience improvements, and organizational growth.
• Develop and deliver executive-level reporting, business reviews, communications, and performance insights that support key decisions.
• Facilitate governance forums, leadership reviews, and steering committees that drive accountability, decision-making, and execution of business priorities.
• Influence senior leaders and stakeholders across multiple lines of business to align objectives, address risks, and achieve desired outcomes.
• Translate business objectives into actionable plans, ensuring successful implementation and measurable business impact.
• Lead cross-functional teams across operations, product, technology, risk, and business functions to deliver enterprise initiatives.
• Anticipate emerging trends, industry developments, and evolving client needs to inform recommendations and business priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and organizational performance through data-driven analysis and innovative solutions.
• Champion a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and execution excellence across multiple organizations.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications

• Significant experience leading strategic initiatives within Wealth & Investment Management, Digital Investing, Retail Brokerage, Self-Directed Investing, or related financial services businesses.
• Knowledge of Digital & Direct Investing business models, digital wealth platforms, investment products, client engagement strategies, and brokerage operations.
• Experience supporting executive leadership teams through strategic planning, business performance management, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes in highly matrixed environments without direct authority.
• Experience leading initiatives from strategy development through execution and implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business challenges into practical solutions.
• Executive-level communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience developing governance processes, operating reviews, leadership communications, and executive reporting.
• Knowledge of digital transformation, customer experience, business operations, and organizational effectiveness.
• Experience within large financial services, wealth management, brokerage, fintech, or banking organizations.

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$139,000.00 - $217,000.00
