Duties
MAJOR DUTIES Ensures USITC production websites are effectively maintained and available, website content is up-to-date, and helps identify and resolve basic website issues. Supports the overall technical implementation of the USITC's Internet and intranet website services, Supports the secure configuration, administration and optimization of web technologies and third-party software hosting or integrated with agency websites Operates web monitoring tools to collect and review usage and performance data and reports findings to senior Web Team staff. Assists with implementing projects by following established software-development and project-management practices.
