The law offices of Marshall Dennehey, a leading defense firm, is seeking an Applications Specialist for its Philadelphia, PA office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrates a commitment to customer success by addressing application-related issues across the Firm, collaborating with other IT Teams and communicating with users to resolve incidents and improve service delivery.
- Maintain the Firm’s third party applications and software which includes testing and piloting new software.
- Maintain, package and update existing software applications via SCCM and/or Group Policy.
- Assist with document management and administrative responsibilities.
- Document and update software installation processes as they are developed.
- Troubleshoot issues, analyze systems, audit or verify data and evaluate current software.
- Provide technical expertise in development and execution of all IT systems and assist Firm staff with needed support.
- Coordinate with departments and prepare technical reports. Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Provide after hours support on a rotation basis.
- Travel to other offices may be required to support large IT firm wide projects.
- Regular in office attendance.

- Understanding of Active Directory.
- Basic understanding of scripting understanding capabilities and ability to learn new technologies.
- Must be well versed in testing and packaging software.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows 10.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum three years of direct experience installing and testing applications.
