Responsibilities
Guardian has a requirement for a Front Office Systems Integrator to serve as an Executive Officer (EXO). The EXO will be responsible for a wide variety of activities ranging from the day-to-day tactical resolution of issues and concerns to assisting the FO seniors in organization wide initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming tasking in the customer action tracking database, assigning action to the appropriate stakeholders
- Assist with developing and ultimately maintaining a Knowledge Management Process
- Assist with developing briefings both technical and non-technical
- Assist with the development of talking points for FO leadership
- Write-up meeting summaries/notes
Qualifications
Required:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with relevant polygraph
- Associate's Degree with 10 years of experience, Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) with 8 years of experience, or 6 years of experience with an MS/MA, or 3 years with a PhD
- Experience as a Systems Integrator (SI)
- Experience serving in an SI position on customer site at the Division, Group, Office or Center Level
- Experience supporting the IC in a customer facing Systems Engineering and/or Systems Integration capacity
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products to include Work, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
- Motivated self-starter who excels in a dynamic environment
- Strong written and verbal communications skills

Target Salary Range
$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
