About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to support Business Banking and Merchant Services digital experiences. This role is responsible for driving strategy, requirements, and end-to-end delivery of digital product initiatives, partnering across business stakeholders, Experience Design, and Technology to deliver scalable solutions that achieve business outcomes. The role will also help lead adoption of AI enabled capabilities within digital experiences to improve efficiency, decisioning, and customer outcomes.

In this role, you will:
Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
Act as key participant in large-scale planning
Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area
Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
Own end-to-end delivery of digital product initiatives, from discovery through delivery and post-launch support
Translate business objectives into clear, actionable product requirements that drive scalable digital solutions
Partner with business stakeholders, Experience Design, and Technology to define, prioritize, and deliver product capabilities
Support product strategy, roadmap development, and prioritization aligned to Business and Merchant Services goals
Help identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI and automation within digital experiences and product workflows
Partner with technology and data teams to incorporate AI-enabled capabilities, ensuring responsible, compliant, and scalable implementation
Lead the resolution of complex business and technical challenges across multiple teams and systems
Coordinate across cross-functional partners, including risk, legal, and control functions, to ensure compliant and well-governed delivery
Drive structured discovery, refinement, and backlog management to maintain a clear and outcome-driven book of work
Monitor product performance and partner with stakeholders to continuously improve customer experience and business outcomes
Communicate product progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to leadership and key stakeholders
Contribute to a strong agile discipline, improving team delivery and execution over time
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience supporting digital products in Business, Merchant Services, or adjacent financial services domains (e.g., onboarding, lending, payments)
Demonstrated success owning end-to-end delivery of digital product initiatives, from discovery through launch
Strong partnership experience with engineering, architecture, data, and Experience Design teams
Proven ability to translate business objectives into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs
Experience working across multiple stakeholders, balancing delivery timelines with evolving business needs
Familiarity with digital application experiences, including customer onboarding, servicing, or transaction flows
Understanding of risk, legal, and control considerations in financial services product delivery
Experience supporting data-driven decision making, including use of analytics to inform product improvements
Exposure to AI, automation, or decisioning capabilities within digital products, with ability to partner on practical implementation
Ability to identify, manage, and resolve delivery risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across teams
Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to break down complex business and technical concepts into actionable plans
Effective communication skills, with ability to clearly convey product updates, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$119,000.00 - $224,000.00Benefits
