Our client is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive territory growth across Florida's west coast. This role focuses on new business development, account management, and relationship-building with contractors, fabricators, glaziers, architects, and other construction-industry professionals. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter who thrives in the field, manages a territory independently, and consistently delivers revenue growth.

Work Model: Hybrid | Field Based
Work Schedule: 4–5 days/week + periodic office visits
Territory: Orlando, Tampa, Sarasota, and Florida's West Coast
Compensation: Competitive base + commission
Responsibilities:
Business Development & Territory Growth
- Drive growth in both residential and commercial construction markets.
- Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to expand market presence.
- Actively prospect, identify, and secure new customers within the assigned territory.
Account Management
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Provide product guidance and support to contractors, fabricators, glaziers, and architects.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand project needs and identify new opportunities.
Sales Support & Coordination
- Track opportunities through the full sales cycle from initial contact to close.
- Coordinate with estimators and inside sales teams to organize and verify quotations.
- Prepare project details and specifications for fabricators, contractors, and design professionals.
Territory Travel & Field Engagement
- Attend periodic meetings at the Orlando office (weekly or biweekly)
- Manage travel schedules, customer appointments, and territory planning independently.
- Spend 4–5 days per week visiting customers across Orlando, Tampa, Sarasota, and surrounding areas.
Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently, self-manage, and maintain a high level of field activity.
- Proven success in territory management, new business development, and account growth.
- Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in construction, building materials, architectural products, or related industries.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with project-based construction sales cycles.
- Experience selling to contractors, fabricators, glaziers, or architects.
- Experience coordinating quotations with estimators or inside sales teams.
- Knowledge of railing systems, architectural products, or metal/glass fabrication (helpful but not required)
