SUMMARY

The Digital Marketing & Analytics Project Coordinator is responsible for managing client relationships and coordinating the successful delivery of Finalsite’s digital marketing services, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC), and Social Advertising, while also supporting Finalsite’s Insights and Optimization subscription service.

This role combines digital marketing project coordination with website and marketing analytics, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned DMS clients while partnering with the Senior Digital Analytics Strategist to support analytics preparation, reporting, client education, data analysis, and optimization initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strong client and project management skills with an analytical mindset and an interest in developing deeper expertise in website analytics, digital marketing performance, user behavior, and data-driven optimization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Marketing Client & Project Management

  • Manage a portfolio of Digital Marketing Services clients across SEO, PPC, and Social Advertising.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing the day-to-day client experience and successful delivery of services.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, responsibilities, and next steps across clients, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Lead client meetings, establish clear objectives, document next steps, and ensure appropriate follow-through.
  • Maintain awareness of client goals, enrollment cycles, campaigns, and organizational priorities to ensure services remain aligned with client needs.
  • Proactively identify project risks, client concerns, or delivery challenges and escalate appropriately.
  • Build strong client relationships that support long-term satisfaction and retention.

Digital Marketing & Performance

  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of SEO, PPC, Social Advertising, and the platforms and tools used to deliver these services.
  • Understand campaign goals, performance metrics, and reporting and clearly communicate results and recommendations to clients.
  • Review campaign performance and collaborate with digital marketing specialists, partners, and vendors to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Translate campaign data and recommendations into clear, actionable next steps for clients.
  • Stay informed about relevant digital marketing, search, advertising, AI, and K–12 marketing trends.
  • Identify opportunities where additional Finalsite services may provide value and connect those opportunities with the appropriate internal teams.
  • Leverage AI and automation where appropriate to improve project workflows, productivity, client communication, and service delivery.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Partner with the Senior Digital Analytics Strategist to support the delivery of Finalsite’s Insights and Optimization subscription service.
  • Support client onboarding, analytics readiness, data preparation, reporting, and other activities required for successful service delivery.
  • Utilize GA4, heatmapping, user behavior, and digital marketing performance data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Prepare data, reports, dashboards, and supporting materials for client consultations, educational sessions, and optimization recommendations.
  • Support ongoing client programming, including training sessions, consultations, office hours, and other recurring engagements.
  • Assist with analytics audits, data-quality reviews, and troubleshooting, escalating complex analytical or technical questions as appropriate.
  • Maintain documentation, processes, educational resources, and best practices that support consistent and scalable analytics service delivery.
  • Develop deeper expertise in website analytics, user behavior, digital marketing measurement, and optimization to strengthen analytics capabilities across Digital Marketing Services and Professional Services.

Operational Excellence & Collaboration

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, client records, timelines, and internal communication.
  • Collaborate effectively with DMS, Professional Services teams, external partners, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, processes, and the overall client experience.
  • Follow established service standards, processes, and quality expectations.
  • Provide coverage and support across digital marketing and analytics work as business needs and capacity require.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, client services, account management, project coordination, analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience managing multiple client relationships, projects, or accounts simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing disciplines, including SEO, paid search, and social advertising.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), with an interest in developing deeper expertise in digital analytics and website optimization.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta advertising platforms, and other common digital marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with heatmapping or user behavior platforms such as Crazy Egg, Hotjar, or similar technologies is preferred.
  • Ability to understand marketing and website performance data and communicate findings, recommendations, and next steps to clients.
  • Strong project management, organization, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead effective client conversations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with curiosity and willingness to investigate data and identify meaningful trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners or vendors.
  • Comfortable adopting AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve workflows, productivity, and service delivery.
  • Experience within K–12 education, enrollment marketing, agency services, EdTech, or Professional Services is a plus.
