About Straub Collaborative
Straub Collaborative is a creative production studio specializing in e-commerce photography and visual content. Our work brings together creative talent, production expertise, and the business operations that keep it all moving. We value collaboration, high-quality work, and an inclusive workplace.
About the Role
Behind every publish-ready commercial image is high-level technical precision: expert retouching, clean paths, and color corrected to both pleasing and critical standards. As our Digital Retoucher Level 3, you will take ownership of advanced retouching, clipping paths, product shaping, and critical color consistency for Straub Collaborative.
In this role you will execute high-level Photoshop workflows, ensure quality control against client style guides, and help train and mentor Level 1 and Level 2 retouchers. If you enjoy mastering the details of high-volume digital imagery and helping other artists grow, this role gives you room to do both.
Why This Role
Behind every great product image is a team that brings it to life. Own the craft behind the final frame—driving critical color, complex product shaping, and deliverable quality well beyond routine edits. Here, you will bring pixel-perfect precision to a fast-paced studio where creative talent and production scale come together.
