Our client is seeking a mid-senior level Talent Acquisition Consultant to support recruiting operations and optimization initiatives within a structured HR environment. This role manages 5–8 active requisitions while driving improvements across job posting workflows, screening processes, compliance, ATS configuration, and talent acquisition reporting.
The ideal candidate has strong experience with enterprise TA systems, screening governance, adjudication matrices, automated job posting workflows, and recruiting analytics. This is an onsite role requiring hands-on collaboration with HR and TA stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Develop or update adjudication matrices and candidate screening governance.
- Support automated or integrated job posting processes for LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Collaborate with HR and TA leadership to improve operational efficiency and recruiting outcomes.
- Review talent acquisition metrics and assist in building dashboards for future-year reporting needs.
- Configure or support enhancements within ATS platforms (e.g., iCIMS), including AI tool integrations.
- Manage 5–8 active requisitions concurrently, ensuring timely progress and stakeholder communication.
- Update and refine screening requirements within ATS systems, including salary fields and required application data.
- Optimize talent acquisition processes, including job posting workflows, compliance controls, and screening requirements.
Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- Ability to support or integrate AI-enabled recruiting tools.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously (approximately 5–8 at a time)
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or HR process optimization.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn job posting workflows, including automated/non-manual posting.
- Experience with TA optimization projects, including job posting compliance and workflow improvements.
- Experience updating screening requirements and adjudication matrices within ATS or screening systems.
- Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing TA metrics or contributing to dashboard development.
- Proficiency with enterprise ATS platforms (e.g., iCIMS) and screening tools (e.g., ADP Selection & Screening)
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with dashboard tools or TA analytics platforms.
- Experience coordinating TA compliance, reporting, and governance.
- Experience influencing TA stakeholders or supporting cross-functional HR projects.
- Background in structured, process-driven TA environments (enterprise, healthcare, pharma, higher education, public sector, or large staffing operations)
