Our client is seeking a Process Engineer to support manufacturing operations by improving processes, resolving production issues, supporting new product implementation, and managing engineering projects. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy hands‑on problem‑solving, process improvement, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a production environment.

Responsibilities:
- Travel occasionally as needed to support projects.
- Plan project activities, timelines, priorities, and resource needs.
- Manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Support manufacturing engineering activities and new product introduction.
- Develop and implement process improvements and manufacturing solutions.
- Analyze existing processes and recommend corrective actions and improvements.
- Lead projects related to new product implementation and manufacturing process development.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and deadlines with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve manufacturing, process, and product issues using sound engineering judgment.
- Use project management tools such as Gantt charts, resource planning, and constraint management.
- Work with customers and vendors to gather information, provide updates, and resolve project obstacles.
Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with process improvement, troubleshooting, or new product implementation.
- 5+ years of experience in process, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering or strong entry‑level engineering experience with relevant internships/co‑ops.
Nice‑to‑Haves:
- Glass manufacturing or fabrication experience (cutting, seaming, machining, screen printing)
- Experience with project management tools (Gantt charts, resource planning, constraint management)
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with technical data, measurements, documentation, and small components.
- Experience in advanced manufacturing, photonics, precision materials, or similar high‑tolerance production environments.
