Duties
Leads and directs a team of technical training specialists to deliver operational and systemâbased training for Senate staff, including prioritizing work, assigning tasks, coaching staff, and evaluating performance. Develops and maintains comprehensive operational training programs and learning resources that support effective use of office tools, technologies, and systems essential to daily Senate operations. Collaborates with Senate offices and committees, and supports the Senate community to assess training needs, identify operational challenges, and design learning solutions that enhance the Senate communityâs effectiveness. Oversees the creation and delivery of instructorâled workshops, digital learning modules, user guides, and job aids that translate complex technical and operational processes into clear, accessible instruction. Coordinates training initiatives to ensure alignment with emerging technologies, system updates, and operational changes, enabling staff to adapt effectively to evolving tools and workplace requirements. Evaluates and improves training programs and instructional materials by incorporating participant feedback, operational insights, and performance data to maintain relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with the Senateâs needs. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and evaluation

Education
Bachelorâs Degree.
