The Opportunity

This position will be a remote role in the Neuromodulation Division. Our Neuromodulation business includes implantable devices compatible with mobile technology to help people who suffer from chronic pain and movement disorders. These non-opioid therapies allow us to provide interventional pain therapy to patients throughout the pain continuum.

As the Senior Manager, Professional Education, you’ll have the chance to develop and execute short-, medium-, and long-term professional education strategies that advance healthcare professional knowledge, clinical competency, procedural excellence, and adoption of therapies and technologies. You will partner with Medical Affairs, Clinical, Marketing, Regulatory, Compliance, and Commercial leadership to design, develop, and deliver educational programs. Some of the areas of focus will include:

• Curriculum Development: Design, develop, maintain, and continuously improve comprehensive educational curricula.
• Educational Program Delivery: Lead planning and execution of educational programs through live, virtual, hybrid, and hands-on learning environments.
• Educational Effectiveness: Establish processes for assessing educational effectiveness and learner outcomes.
• Faculty and Stakeholder Engagement: Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external faculty, KOLs, and healthcare professionals.
• Organizational Communication: Ensure timely communication of initiatives, participant progress, and outcomes.

What You’ll Work On

• Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-year professional education strategy.
• Design, develop, and implement professional education programs focused on disease-state knowledge and procedural competency.
• Lead, develop and manage the professional education team
• Establish relationships with business leaders, Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Marketing, Compliance, and external faculty.
• Ensure educational programs and resources are evidence-based and compliant.
• Assess educational effectiveness and implement continuous improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify educational gaps and opportunities.
• Recruit and maintain a network of qualified faculty and clinical experts.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and program logistics.
• Develop measurement frameworks to evaluate outcomes.
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals and healthcare industry standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Nursing, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience within the medical device industry, supporting education, commercial education, clinical education, medical affairs, or healthcare professional education initiatives.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing education programs.
• Experience collaborating with Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, and Compliance organizations.
• Experience developing educational curricula and evidence-based training programs.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and educational effectiveness.
• Outstanding presentation, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting HCP speaker programs, faculty development initiatives
• Travel 60%

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree preferred
• KOL engagement is preferred
• CPTD, PMP, Relevant healthcare or clinical certifications

The base pay for this position is

$113,300.00 – $226,700.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
