Our client is seeking an experienced Carpenter to support new construction, remodeling, renovation, and addition projects. This role is ideal for a skilled trades professional who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, can work independently, and is comfortable managing multiple tasks on active job sites.
The successful candidate will perform a variety of carpentry tasks, including framing, finish work, installations, repairs, and project completion activities while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
Carpentry & Construction
- Complete punch-list items and final project details.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials with precision.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
- Construct, install, and repair structural and finish carpentry components.
- Install doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, fixtures, and related building materials.
- Perform carpentry work on residential construction, renovation, remodeling, and addition projects.
Project Support
- Organize and maintain tools, materials, and work areas.
- Help identify material needs and support project efficiency.
- Coordinate work with other trades and project team members.
- Document completed work and communicate project progress.
- Assist with project planning, layouts, and material preparation.
Quality & Safety
- Maintain clean and organized job sites.
- Perform quality inspections on completed work.
- Identify and correct workmanship deficiencies.
- Follow all company and site safety procedures.
- Ensure work complies with applicable building codes and safety standards.
Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- Must maintain personal carpentry tools.
- All educational levels will be considered.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of carpentry experience.
- Professional attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with project teams.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry methods and construction techniques.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
- Experience with residential construction, remodeling, renovations, or additions.
Preferred Skills:
- Framing experience.
- Finish carpentry experience.
- Experience with custom residential projects.
- Remodeling and residential renovation experience.
- Ability to work across multiple phases of residential construction.
- Experience mentoring apprentices or less-experienced team members.
