The Opportunity
The Lead, Troubleshooting Strategy & Solutions is responsible for driving the effectiveness, quality, and continuous improvement of ADC Troubleshooting Guides (TSGs) and Perception Codes. This role partners with stakeholders across Quality, Customer Service, Regulatory, Product Development, Data Analytics, PMO, and BTS to identify business needs, evaluate performance trends, and implement solutions that improve troubleshooting effectiveness, data quality, regulatory compliance, and user experience.
The individual serves as the voice of the business within the TSG organization, translating stakeholder needs into scalable, sustainable, and compliant troubleshooting solutions while leading initiatives that enhance TSG content, logic, coding strategies, and operational performance.
This is an on-site position in Alameda, California. This is not a remote position.
What Youāll Work On
- Lead the evaluation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of TSGs and Perception Codes.
- Analyze performance data, operational trends, and stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective troubleshooting solutions.
- Develop and implement enhancements to troubleshooting logic, workflows, content, and coding structures.
- Establish and monitor metrics to evaluate TSG and Perception Code effectiveness and drive data-based decision making.
- Represent the TSG organization in cross-functional forums, strategic initiatives, and New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
- Support training, stakeholder engagement, change management, and implementation of TSG and Perception Coding enhancements.
- Ensure solutions align with applicable quality and regulatory requirements while promoting standardization and data integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in medical device quality, technical support, post-market activities, investigations, technical writing, business process support, or related functions.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and project leadership skills.
- Experience working in a regulated medical device environment.
- Knowledge of FDA, MDR, and medical device quality system requirements.
