08/31/20262000 16th St, Denver, Colorado, 80202-5117, United States of AmericaThe Sr Manager, Special Projects (DCR) reports directly to the leader of DaVita Clinical Research. This teammate will be responsible for partnering with various functions across the DCR business to drive strategic planning, management process, business communications and aggregating / synthesizing information to support business processes and decision-making.
 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Â
- Support the DCR executives in crafting and executing on strategic initiativesÂ
- Organize core operating efforts and drive collaboration across lanes, including owning project management efforts
- Support internal communication by helping to crafting and delivering key messagesÂ
- Highlight management process gaps or improvement opportunities, then implement solutionsÂ
- Lead critical projects working across multiple service lanes; monitor metrics, track progress of initiatives, and prepare presentations for senior leadershipÂ
- Collaborate across teams to perform analyses and synthesize resultsÂ
- Support in the development and improvement of a top performing leadership teamÂ
- Work across teams to advance best-in-class capabilities in the marketÂ
- Regularly apprise executives of project status and variations from schedule or scopeÂ
Strategy & Project Execution:Â
- Manages and drives strategic and operational initiatives in collaboration with other teamsÂ
- Able to structure ambiguous problems into clear workstreams and drive executionÂ
- Develops and communicates project scope, timeline, plan, resource requirements, and assumptionsÂ
- Creates, implements, and drives adoption of processes and solutions to further clinical and business outcomesÂ
- Communicates project status updates and needs to senior leadership; prepares, reports, an manages against targets/goals including scope, schedule, metrics, and revenueÂ
- Scope, plan and execute multiple, often quick-turnaround projects with minimal assistanceÂ
Education & Experience Requirements:Â
- Prior experience in Strategy, Consulting with Project Management or a similar role supporting enterprise-level initiatives within healthcare or financial operations leadershipÂ
- Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA or graduate degree preferredÂ
- At least 5 years of experience in a strategic or operational leadership roleÂ
- A minimum of 1 years of project management experienceÂ
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint requiredÂ
- Prior experience in healthcare services and/or working with payors, physician networks, pharmaceutical companies, or clinical research organizations preferred
- Must be comfortable researching and presenting internal and external data to help senior leaders make decisions
- Demonstrated track record of top performance

The Salary Range for the role is $98,000.00Â -Â $155,000.00 per year.ÂÂ

If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $66,300.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $66,300.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $62,353.20/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $17.00/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $17.00/hour, Remainder of New York state: $16.00/hourWashington Exempt: $80,168.40/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $19.13/hour, Burien: $21.71/hour, Everette: $20.77/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.82/hour, Renton: $21.57/hour, Seattle: $21.30/hour, Tukwila: $21.65/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $17.13/hourFor location-specific minimum wage details, see the following link: DaVita.jobs/WageRates
