Job Description

• Serve as one of the primary points of contact for clients regarding their laboratory documents and/or specimens, managing communication via phone, email, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
• Responsible for the collection of archiving fees related to laboratory data and/or study specimens.
• Assist in the return of any items requested from the archive.
• Assist with the management of the physical and digital archiving of laboratory documents, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of efficient and effective processes and procedures for archiving, retrieval, and disposal of laboratory data and/or study specimens.
• Assist in the coordination and management of client sample requests and retrievals, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of requested items.
• Coordinate the invoicing process related to archiving, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
• Research and identify updated contacts for older projects. When needed, update the database with current contact details.
• Assist in the follow up on past due invoices as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High sense of responsibility, be neat and dynamic and be capable of adapting to a wide variety of office responsibilities.
• Be able to work alone and without direct supervision and have excellent communication skills having the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Additional Information

Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.  Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of South Brunswick, NJ are encouraged to apply.

Pay range is $22/h - $23/h depending on experience.
