We're looking for a Product Manager, ideally with a background in HR tech, LMS, or talent platforms, to own a product area end to end and turn product vision into the specs, prototypes, and decisions that engineering builds from. This role has real scope from day one, including mentorship of associate product talent as the team grows.

About the Role

This product is built within Infopro Learning, a global learning and talent solutions company, giving us access to enterprise customers from day one. It's already in use by real customers, and we're building rapidly as we help organizations make smarter talent, skills, learning, and workforce decisions through AI.

This role requires some overlap with our India-based team, typically in the Eastern Time morning.

What You'll Do

• Own the product roadmap for a defined area, turning customer feedback and business priorities into clear requirements, feature briefs, and product documentation

• Partner closely with engineering leads on scope and tradeoffs, and direct the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and product artifacts using AI-powered tools

• Build working prototypes with AI tools to validate ideas before engineering commits, and define the evaluation criteria that tell us whether an AI feature is working

• Work daily with engineers to resolve ambiguity and keep delivery on track

• Lead customer and user conversations, translating insights into prioritized product decisions

• Maintain and evolve product documentation as priorities shift

• Mentor associate product managers and help shape how the product team works

• Build deep expertise in AI, skills intelligence, learning, and talent management

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally at an HR tech, LMS, or talent platform company, with a track record of owning features or a product area end to end

• Excellent written communication and the ability to simplify complex topics for both technical and non-technical audiences

• Demonstrated experience gathering requirements from business stakeholders and translating them into prioritized, actionable plans

• Strong product thinking and a structured, data-informed approach to problem-solving

• Experience mentoring or supporting more junior product talent

• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and ownership is expected

• Daily, hands-on use of AI tools, not as an occasional aid, but as a core part of how you think, write, and build

AI-Native Product Deliverables

Modern product work goes beyond traditional PRDs. In an AI-assisted world, product managers deliver spec documents that both engineers and AI coding tools build from, working prototypes that test ideas before engineering commits, and the prompts and evaluation criteria that define what "good" looks like for AI features.

Who Might Be a Great Fit?

You've spent several years around HR tech, LMS, or talent platforms, owning product decisions in a role such as product management, implementation, or customer success with product ownership. What matters most is your ability to think clearly, communicate effectively, drive ambiguous problems to resolution, and use AI to accelerate your work.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $85,000 to $120,000. Final compensation depends on experience and skill alignment.
