Job Description

Staff Product Manager, Microsoft Product Partnership

We seek a Staff Product Manager to own the Microsoft product partnership across ServiceNow's full vertical stack — from data and AI through agents, governance, and industry-specific workflows. This is a deep, single-partner ownership role: you are the definitive internal expert on how ServiceNow's platform aligns with Microsoft's product stack end-to-end.

The scope is intentionally broad and will shift as both companies' product stacks evolve. Rather than a fixed list of integration points, this role is defined by a mandate: wherever ServiceNow's stack and Microsoft's stack meet, you are accountable for the product relationship. You'll partner with product marketing, business development, corporate development, and other functions to execute the engagement strategy, track execution milestones, and maximize value generated for ServiceNow, our customers, and Microsoft.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Own technical due diligence, roadmap alignment, and integration delivery across the Microsoft relationship — from qualification through activation-ready handoff to GTM — spanning whichever stack layers are active priorities at a given time, not a fixed set.
  • Maintain and continuously update a holistic map of where ServiceNow's stack and Microsoft's stack intersect, so the organization always has one owner and one point of view on the relationship rather than fragmented, layer-by-layer ownership.
  • Practice dual-roadmap alignment: translate Microsoft's capability and platform changes into internal roadmap asks, and translate ServiceNow's platform roadmap into Microsoft-facing requirements.
  • Maintain a coherent point of view on how Microsoft's stack complements (rather than overlaps with) ServiceNow's platform, and articulate that positioning clearly to internal and partner stakeholders.
  • Measure downstream customer-funnel signals (adoption, attach rate, win/loss) across the partnership in partnership with GPC and field, feeding those signals back into roadmap and investment decisions.
  • Surface trade-offs and resourcing implications across this broad scope, and communicate the rationale clearly to leadership — including where to go deep now versus defer.
  • Provide partner intelligence and technical input to leadership-level decisions on deeper strategic engagement with Microsoft (investment, co-sell motions, joint roadmap commitments).
  • Track competitive and industry trends across the Microsoft ecosystem and flag implications for partnership strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Platform, Product Marketing, and GTM BD across the many teams whose work touches the Microsoft relationship; support customer-facing conversations when Microsoft-specific technical context is needed, without owning the deal.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to operate across a wide, multi-layered product scope without needing it reduced to a fixed checklist — comfort synthesizing a coherent strategy across data, AI, agents, governance, and application-layer partnership work.
  • Experience critically integrating AI into product decision-making, workflow design, or technical evaluation of partner solutions.
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS product management, with working knowledge of key SaaS growth drivers.
  • Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform and applications portfolio, and the associated competitive/partner landscape, is a plus.
  • Broad familiarity with Microsoft's AI, data, and agent product ecosystem is a strong plus — depth in a few areas plus fluency across the rest is more valuable here than deep expertise in only one.
  • Hands-on product management experience with AI-powered or AI-enabled enterprise software is a strong plus.
  • Experience formulating product strategy involving technology partnership deal dynamics — build-vs-partner analysis, technical due diligence, integration architecture.
  • Comfortable operating with dual accountability: influencing an internal roadmap you don't own and a partner roadmap you don't control, across an unusually broad set of stack layers.
  • Highly collaborative; able to drive alignment and decisions across many internal teams without direct authority over the people or teams involved.
  • Experience building business cases for partnership investment, combining analytical rigor with judgment under ambiguity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to represent partnership rationale clearly to both technical and executive audiences, including translating across very different technical domains.
  • Ability to paint a compelling vision to inspire teams and senior stakeholders across a broad, evolving scope.
