Lead Product Manager

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager – Lending Ecosystem & Integrations to own specific integration product areas within the broader lending ecosystem.

This role is critical for analyzing, planning, executing product features for LIQ Digital product area and ensuring reliable data exchange between lending platforms and self service online  systems.

In this role, you will:

• Lead complex initiatives including establishing marketing programs for new products or enhancements
• Conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis for major products and services
• Review and analyze complex major product lines and services
• Implement change delivery solutions for the portfolio's technology process work of low to moderate complexity
• Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impact
• Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
• Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals
• Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Vantage channel expertise 
• LIQ digital Integration previous experience  
• LIQ Product support experience 

Desired Qualifications:

• Hands‑on experience with Loan IQ Integrations or similar lending systems.
• Familiarity with Self service channels, reconciliation, risk, accounting, or regulatory process of Lending platform.
• Experience working with large financial institution Lending platform integrations.
• 5+ years of LIQ product experience
• Experience delivering digital integrations on LIQ and/or AFS data platforms.
• Strong understanding of lending operations and system interactions.
• Proven ability to plan, track, produce features, stories to manage complex conversion dependencies and deliver in Agile environments.

• This position offers a hybrid work schedule
