Duties
Monitors, tracks, and analyzes IT operational budgets, expenditures, and service costs. Tracks operational performance against established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Drafts, updates, and maintains technical documentation, local policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Analyzes technical performance data and system reliability reports to detect recurring bottlenecks or negative trends. Translates complex technical and financial datasets into clear charts, dashboards, and executive summaries. Acts as a liaison between technical engineering groups, business management offices, and end-users. Evaluates existing IT service workflows and administrative processes to identify inefficiencies.

This position requires a 1 year probationary period during which the agency evaluates your fitness and whether your continued employment advances the public interest. Continued employment requires written certification that it advances the public interest. Direct Deposit of Pay is required. This position requires you to submit a Public Financial Disclosure Report (OGE 278) or a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report (OGE450) upon entry, and annually thereafter. Selection is subject to restrictions resulting from Department of Defense referral system for displaced employees. Salary includes applicable locality pay or Local Market Supplement.
