Wells Fargo is seeking a Cyber Client Advisor Senior Lead (Senior Lead Information Security Analyst), as part of the Technology Management and Strategy team.

You will drive strong client relationships and contribute significantly to the development of our Cyber Client Advisory Program. This role is crucial for understanding client cybersecurity needs, developing and delivering differentiating cyber services, and providing valuable insights to enhance client relationships.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of client cybersecurity engagements, from initial needs assessment to successful solution delivery
  • Develop and present tailored cybersecurity strategies and solutions to meet complex client requirements
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as their primary cybersecurity advisor
  • Communicate intricate cybersecurity concepts and solution benefits clearly to both technical and non-technical client stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for expanding cybersecurity services and value within existing client portfolios
  • Provide subject matter expertise and strategic input for the ongoing development and enhancement of the internal Cyber Defender Program
  • Collaborate with internal cybersecurity teams to integrate client challenges and industry trends into the Cyber Defender Program's capabilities
  • Assist in evaluating, selecting, and integrating cutting-edge cybersecurity technologies and best practices into both client solutions and the Cyber Defender Program
  • Deliver differentiating cyber services including Cyber Wargames, Education and Awareness sessions and Cyber Maturity Assessments
  • Engage directly with Commercial, Corporate and Wealth Management clients while serving as the external face of Wells Fargo’s cybersecurity program
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers across various departments
  • Interact with both internal teams and external client organizations
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large-scale, cross-functional, or companywide strategies
  • Engage with all levels of professionals and managers companywide and serve as an experienced advisor to leadership

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 7+ years of cybersecurity experience, including at least 4 years in a client-facing, consulting, advisory, or engagement leadership role, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, and education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive enterprise-wide initiatives within complex organizational structures, stakeholder environments, and governance frameworks
  • Proven success leading complex cybersecurity programs and projects while building and maintaining trusted client and stakeholder relationships
  • Strong knowledge of core cybersecurity domains, including threat detection and response, incident response, vulnerability management, security architecture, and cyber risk management
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, build consensus, and drive strategic outcomes across all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in a rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape
  • Strong experience developing executive-level client proposals, business cases, presentations, and reports that effectively communicate technical concepts and business value
  • Experience delivering cybersecurity services including risk assessments, cyber threat intelligence, and cyber wargames
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, highly matrixed, and results-driven environment
  • Experience building, maturing, or contributing to delivering cybersecurity services and capabilities such as Security Operations Centers (SOC), Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting, or Cyber Defense functions
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and regulatory requirements, including NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), ISO 27001, and applicable industry regulations
  • Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or other relevant cybersecurity or risk management credentials
  • Experience working with advanced cybersecurity technologies, platforms, and tools across threat detection, security monitoring, vulnerability management, and security operations
  • Familiarity with the cybersecurity, risk, regulatory, and operational resilience challenges facing large financial services organizations

    Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
