Duties

The physical worksite for this position is located in Alexandria, Virginia. Presence at the Alexandria, VA campus is required for this role, as it includes on site functions that must be performed in person. Position may be eligible for situational telework in accordance with agency policy/business unit discretion. The agency currently allows for 52 hours of telework per calendar year. The individual selected for this position will... Serve as senior technical expert and technical lead for complex IT software products, including public-facing and enterprise systems, with responsibility for modernization, architecture, and alignment with mission needs. Lead DevSecOps implementation and oversight to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient product development, deployment, monitoring, and sustainment. Direct cybersecurity compliance and authorization activities, including support for the Information System Security Assessment and Authorization program. Provide technical leadership for data strategy, data dissemination, process automation, and AI/ML adoption to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
