Duties
Serves as the enterprise technical authority for designing, developing, and implementing user interface frameworks using Blazor, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and custom UI control libraries. Designs, governs, and maintains enterprise UI architectures, including component libraries, design systems, style frameworks, and interaction patterns to ensure consistency, scalability, maintainability, and reuse across applications. Designs UI and agentic AI features using .NET to improve XML markup and GPO style compliance. Integrates AI with heuristic validation, including XML Schema/Schematron rules, and connects web clients to REST-based AI models. Develops, interprets, and enforces UI standards, architectural guidelines, and accessibility practices to ensure compliance with Section 508, WCAG, agency accessibility policies, and usability principles. Leads integration of UI frameworks with back-end systems and services, including C#, REST APIs, and application interoperability, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing client-server interactions.
