Job Description
- Preform qualifications and validations utilizing cutting edge instrumentation such as cSDS, cIEF, HPLC, UV-Vis, slope spectroscopy Â
- Prepare samples for sample testing through dilution and other techniquesÂ
- Independently preform assigned assay within deadlinesÂ
- Draft qualification and verification reports with the help of senior scientistsÂ
- Record lab work in real time via an electronic lab notebook  Â
- Contribute scientific data that is used in BLA filingÂ
- Develop and optimize methods preceding method qualifications and validations
Qualifications
- At least a BS/MS in Chemical Engineering, Biological Sciences, Chemistry or BiochemistryÂ
- At least 3 years of relevant laboratory experience is required utilizing HPLC and Capillary Electrophoresis (CE)
- Advanced degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, and BiochemistryÂ
- Understanding of Method development/optimization/qualification/validationÂ
- Experience with analytical methods including cSDS, cIEF, UV-Vis, slope spectroscopy
- Ability to pipette accuratelyÂ
- A strong background and hands on experience with analytical techniquesÂ
- Experience technical writing: SOP's, validation reportsÂ
- Experience with Empower 3 and electronic lab notebooksÂ
- Firm understanding of interpreting analytical data Â
- Knowledge of GMP/GLP/GDPÂ
Additional Information
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 3:00pm as core hours with additional adjusting hours that must meet 40 hours per week
