Job Description
U.S. Bancorp Asset Management (USBAM) is seeking a Financial intermediary Sales and Relationship Management Associate that will strengthen the USBAM relationship with new and existing institutional clients, primarily for Money Market Mutual Funds. This client-centric and growth-oriented investment professional will provide end-to-end relationship management support and identify and pursue opportunities, exceeding deliverables to ensure retention and expansion of existing client relationships. The successful candidate will partner closely with Marketing, Product Management, Data & Analytics, and other USBAM/USB functions to facilitate account onboarding and ongoing account maintenance; administration of standardized forms/templates and digital signature workflows; production of ad-hoc and recurring client reporting; cash flow tracking and communications; coordination of DDQs and RFI responses; provide conference and event support; critical client-facing documentation maintenance. The position owns day-to-day oversight of a shared email mailbox supporting client and internal requests and drives continuous improvement to simplify and enhance client experience.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
- Must be FINRA series 7 and 63 licensed or complete 7 and 63 testing within 120 days of start date
- Five or more years of relevant experience in financial services, investment management, relationship management, sales support, client service, or a related field
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Experience within the asset management or investment management industry
- Fixed income investment knowledge or experience
- Experience with registered investment products, including mutual funds and separately managed accounts
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong networking, business development, and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of intermediary distribution channels and advisor/client engagement
- Knowledge of pipeline development, cross-selling, and upselling strategies
- Experience supporting sales initiatives, territory management, or relationship management programs
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $111,600.00 - 136,400.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
