We are seeking a friendly, service-driven Starbucks Baristas (Starbucks located inside Price Chopper) to join our team. In this role, you'll prepare handcrafted beverages and create an inviting, fast-paced coffeehouse experience-helping deliver consistent quality while building meaningful guest connections and supporting overall store success.

Key Responsibilities & Job Duties
- Prepare handcrafted coffee, espresso beverages, and food items to company recipe and presentation standards
- Provide friendly, helpful, and respectful guest service at all times to create a welcoming coffeehouse experience
- Engage with guests, answer questions, and make product recommendations to enhance their visit and drive sales
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe coffeehouse and work area
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards
- Operate POS systems, scanners, and related equipment accurately
- Stock, rotate, and merchandise products using FIFO methods to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate low or out-of-stock items to leadership
- Stay informed on promotions, seasonal beverages, and store initiatives
- Communicate clearly with teammates and leadership to support smooth daily operations
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall store performance and guest satisfaction
- Assist with cleaning, restocking, and prep work during slower periods
- Support loss prevention efforts and follow company policies and procedures
- Participate in required trainings and continuous learning opportunities
- Remain productive and support store readiness at all times
- Other job duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Required: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Required: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Preferred: Previous experience in coffee, food service, grocery, or retail environments
