Job Description

Shift: B shift, Wednesday Noon - 6pm, Thurs - Sat 6am - 6pm . 

Are you detail-oriented, passionate about quality, and looking to thrive in a team-first environment? As a Quality Control & Packaging Associate (internal persona: The Precision Builder), you will play a critical role in inspecting, packaging, and shipping finished label and print products. You will partner with leads and supervisors to ensure every shipment meets strict quality standards and reaches our customers on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Inspection: Inspect, separate, and package printed products accurately according to job specs, maintaining a zero-defect mindset.

  • Shipping & Logistics: Prepare packages, double-check orders for accuracy, and coordinate with couriers to ensure timely deliveries.

  • System Operations: Log daily time, materials, and production steps accurately using our ERP system.

  • Worksite Safety: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment using required PPE and following all site safety procedures.

  • Team Collaboration: Communicate quality or shipping issues promptly and support teammates to meet daily customer deadlines.

Qualifications

Core Competencies & Qualifications

  • Delivering Results & Accuracy: High attention to detail with proven ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Displaying Agility & Resilience: Adaptable to shift changes, occasional overtime, and fast-paced delivery deadlines.

  • Teamwork: Strong communication skills and a "team before self" mindset.

  • Basic Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; basic computer literacy for ERP data entry.

Physical Requirements

  • Standing for full shifts (up to 12 hours).

  • Frequent reaching, handling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

  • Excellent close vision and color vision to distinguish print details.
