Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise portfolio management activities, aligning technology investments, programs, and initiatives with business strategy and organizational objectives.
- Drive strategic planning, roadmap development, and portfolio prioritization across large-scale technology programs and cross-functional teams.
- Establish and oversee portfolio governance frameworks, delivery standards, and reporting processes to ensure successful execution and transparency.
- Manage capital investments, financial forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation to maximize portfolio value and business outcomes.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate portfolio risks, dependencies, and delivery obstacles, ensuring proactive issue resolution and escalation management.
- Partner with executive leadership to support demand management, investment decisions, and prioritization strategies across competing initiatives.
- Lead organizational change efforts associated with technology transformations, operating model changes, and strategic business initiatives.
- Deliver clear, actionable portfolio insights through executive communications, analytics, and performance reporting, enabling data-driven decision making.

-Typically requires Bachelor’s degree with eight or more years of relevant experience
- Strong expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management, Program Governance, and Large-Scale Delivery Management within complex enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders through exceptional Executive Communication, Stakeholder Management, and Negotiation Skills.
- Experience leading Demand Management, Prioritization Frameworks, and enterprise-wide resource planning initiatives.
- Advanced knowledge of Risk Management, Dependency Management, and issue resolution across multiple technology programs.
- Expertise in Capital Investment Management, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and benefits realization.
- Proven ability to lead Organizational Change Management, business transformation initiatives, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Technology, including Cloud Platforms, On-Premises Infrastructure, Agile Delivery Models, and Technology Operating Models.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Azure DevOps, Power BI, SharePoint, Confluence, OneNote, Clarity, and portfolio reporting tools.
Location expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $133,365.00 - $156,900.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
