Job Description

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving, processing, and shipping materials to manufacturing location.

  • Daily operation of powered industrial trucks or other material handling equipment.
  • Daily use of handheld RF scanner.
  • Receives, puts away, picks, packs and prepares products to be shipped
  • Verify materials and quantities.
  • Perform a variety of functions involved with shipping, receiving, storage of parts, materials, and products.
  • Prepare parts and materials for shipments. Pack materials. Load trucks.
  • Receive shipments. Unload trucks. Check shipments for completeness and damage.  Record shipments and compile necessary paperwork. Move material to proper area for storage.
  • Lifting products/materials up to 40 pounds in weight.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution required.
  • Over 1 year up to and including 3 years qualifying experience in a related environment.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish language.  Read and write.
  • Valid OSHA certification of powered industrial truck such as Order Picker, Reach Truck, Pacer, Sit Down, etc.
  • Experience with RF Scanners
  • SAP experience preferred
