Executive Recruiter - Labels
Direct Recruiters, Inc. (DRI) is looking for a driven, relationship-focused professional to join our Labels practice within our industrial recruiting group. This is a great opportunity for someone with a sales, recruiting, or business development background who enjoys building relationships and wants the opportunity to grow.

Executive recruiting is fast-paced and relationship-driven. Your day will include connecting with professionals, sourcing talent, learning candidates’ career goals, coordinating interviews, and partnering with your Practice Lead to keep searches moving forward.
The Role
Executive Recruiting: Identify and engage professionals through outbound calling, networking, referrals, sourcing, and targeted outreach.
Candidate Development: Build long-term relationships with industry professionals, understand their career goals, and connect them with the right opportunities.
Search & Project Management: Own the day-to-day execution of active searches, managing candidate pipelines, priorities, timelines, follow-up, and interview coordination to keep each search organized and moving forward.
Business Development Growth: Learn the client side of executive search over time, with the opportunity to develop new relationships and grow toward a full-desk role.
Market Expertise: Become deeply connected within the labels, print, packaging, and industrial markets and use that knowledge to become a trusted resource to candidates and clients.
Why We’re Looking For:
Sales, recruiting, business development, account management, or other relationship-driven experience; industrial/B2B sales experience is especially relevant.
Comfortable making outbound calls and building relationships from scratch.
Organized, consistent, proactive, and willing to create activity rather than wait for it.
Charismatic and professional, with the communication skills to work with senior-level and C-suite professionals.
Competitive, resilient, and motivated by the opportunity to build something and grow over time.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
Located within commuting distance of our Solon, OH office and comfortable working onsite a few days a week
