About the Role
We’re looking for a Campus & Professional Recruiter responsible for managing the company’s U.S. campus recruiting planning and execution while also serving as a full-cycle professional recruiter supporting our Subscriber Success operating pillar, with primary responsibility for Account Management & Growth (AMG) positions. This role combines program ownership with hands-on recruiting. They will develop and manage relationships with colleges, universities, students, and internal business leaders; build and execute an effective campus recruiting strategy; and manage professional/lateral hiring assignments from intake through successful hire.
What You’ll Do
- Build and document a university and early talent recruiting approach for Cincinnati and Midwest schools, covering target schools, how we engage them, and what the process looks like
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for early talent hires and account manager openings within the Account Management and Growth function (AMG).
- Run campus recruiting activities, including creative recruiting approaches, Handshake, career fairs, info sessions, and relationships with career services offices
- Guide candidates from first contact through offer, keeping our applicant tracking system accurate and up to date
- Help run on-site interview days at our Mason, Ohio office, supporting both candidates and interviewing managers
- Partner with AMG leaders to understand what makes a strong account manager and to align on hiring priorities
- Share pipeline and hiring progress regularly with key stakeholders
- Serve as a collaborative partner of the Global HR team
What success looks like:
- First 30 days: You’ve met with each hiring manager, taken over our open searches, and shared a draft campus plan with priority schools.
- By month 3: You’ve delivered strong slates and offers across our open AMG, developer, and business development roles, and we have a documented early talent recruiting approach.
- By month 6: Our priority roles are filled, and you’ve built a pipeline for the May graduating class
Who You Are: Core Competencies
- Communication and interpersonal skills: You communicate clearly and warmly with candidates, campus contacts, and hiring managers, and you leave everyone with a good impression of our company.
- Thorough assessment: You ask follow-up questions, go past surface-level answers, and work out a candidate’s motivations and why they would or wouldn’t be a strong fit. You learn what each role needs quickly enough to assess candidates well.
- Organization and attention to detail: You keep follow-ups, ATS records, and tight interview schedules accurate and on time.
- Collaboration with independence: You work well as part of a team, and you take ownership of your work without needing constant direction.
- Adaptability: When hiring priorities or interviewer availability change, you adjust quickly and keep candidates and managers informed.
What You Bring
- 5-8 years of end-to-end recruiting experience, including strong sourcing skills, assessing, interviewing, and managing candidates through the hiring process
- Experience with early talent / university recruiting
- Experience using applicant tracking systems
- Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement, including on-site days in Mason, Ohio and occasional local travel within the Midwest
Strong Preference
- Experience recruiting for sales, account management, or other client-facing roles in a SaaS environment
- A bachelor’s degree (equivalent experience is welcome)
