This National Guard position is for a SUPERVISORY HR SPEC (MILITARY), Position Description Number NGD3019000 and is part of 114 FSS in Sioux Falls, SD. AREA(S) OF CONSIDERATION: - All members of the South Dakota Air National Guard or those eligible to become a member **Note: This position is open concurrently as AGR. Only one position will be filled.**

Duties

As a SUPERVISORY HR SPECIALIST (MILITARY), GS-0201-11, you will: This position is located at an Air National Guard (ANG) Wing, Mission Support Group, Force Support Squadron. This is an Air National Guard (ANG) Dual Status Technician position requiring military membership, compatible military skill assignment, and classification. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Supervisory Administrative Personalist responsible for oversight of the Commanders Support Staff / Orderly Room (CSS/CCQ) Staff assigned to the Force Support Squadron. This positions serves as the Senior technical specialist for one or more of the following specific unit level programs: Administration, Personnel, Unit Training and Unit Deployment management.

EVALUATION METHODS: Each applicant considered to possess the minimum qualification requirements will be further evaluated in accordance with the procedures outlined in SDNG Technician Pamphlet 335-T and subsequent MOAs.
