Duties

The physical worksite for this position is located in Alexandria, Virginia. Presence at the Alexandria, VA campus is required for this role, as it includes on site functions that must be performed in person. Position may be eligible for situational telework in accordance with agency policy/business unit discretion. The agency currently allows for 52 hours of telework per calendar year. This position is located in the Human Resources Information Systems Division, Office of Human Resources. You are experienced in serving as the technical lead for enterprise HR automation initiatives utilizing Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath technologies. You are committed to providing senior technical support for USA Staffing, HRConnect, eOPF, and related HR enterprise applications. You're excited about designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related Microsoft 365 services. You can lead enterprise business process improvement initiatives using Lean, Agile, and human-centered design principles. You are able to lead multiple enterprise HRIS and automation projects from planning through implementation. You are an experienced professional in providing expert technical support for HR enterprise applications and automation solutions.
