Welltech Partners is partnering with a thriving, established wellness center in Loves Park, Illinois, to hire a Chiropractor (DC) to join its growing multidisciplinary team. Serving the Rockford community for over 18 years, this integrated practice combines chiropractic care, rehabilitation, massage therapy, functional wellness services, and medical aesthetics under one roof.

Position Details
- Location: Loves Park, IL (Rockford Area)
- Employment Type: Full-Time Associate or Independent Contractor
- Patient Population: Musculoskeletal, Auto Injury, and Wellness Care
- Schedule: Flexible scheduling
- Compensation:Ā $60K-85K Competitive compensation based on experience
- Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities
- Perform chiropractic consultations, examinations, and treatment planning
- Deliver chiropractic adjustments using diversified techniques and drop tables
- Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions, auto injuries, and wellness-related concerns
- Educate patients on treatment plans, maintenance care, and injury prevention
- Coordinate care with rehabilitation staff, massage therapists, and other providers
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Provide rehabilitation and massage therapy orders as appropriate
- Build strong patient relationships and support long-term retention
Qualifications
Required
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited program

- Current Illinois Chiropractic License in good standing
- Current professional liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to become credentialed with major insurance carriers
- Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills
Preferred
- Experience treating musculoskeletal conditions and auto injury cases
- Knowledge of rehabilitation, nutrition, supplements, or acupuncture
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary setting
