As a Part-Time Commercial Banking Client Representative, you'll play an important role in supporting our Equipment Finance operations by assisting with client requests, invoice distribution, administrative support activities, and customer service needs. What You'll Do
Support commercial clients and customers through administrative and operational activities.
Download, organize, and distribute invoices to customers.
Respond to routine client inquiries and support requests.
Assist with invoice-related research and documentation.
Navigate multiple systems to retrieve information and complete requests.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Partner with team members to ensure timely client support.
Assist with additional administrative tasks as business needs evolve.
Contribute to a positive client experience through professionalism, accuracy, and responsiveness.

Location: 3 days in Marshall
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
One to two years of experience in financial services industry
Preferred Skills/Experience
Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Proven customer service and problem resolution skills
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
Basic knowledge of departmental and bank products and services
Location Expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
