  • Provide financial analysis, risk assessment, and decision support to internal and external stakeholders as needed.

  • Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and lead change initiatives that improve accuracy, efficiency, control, and employee experience.

  • Lead or support special projects and global initiatives, including cross-functional implementations and operational readiness activities.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex executive payroll, payroll tax, vendor, and jurisdictional matters.

  • Lead project teams and influence outcomes across functions without direct authority when required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Five or more years of payroll, payroll tax, or global mobility experience.

  • Experience overseeing payroll operations, vendors, compliance activities, or cross-functional initiatives.

  • Experience with W-2 reconciliations and company tax tie-outs.

  • Understanding of the tax implications associated with employees working or being paid in multiple jurisdictions.

  • Ability to exercise independent judgment on complex and sensitive matters.
