We're seeking someone to join our Investment Management Finance team as an Executive Assistant in New York to provide direct, senior-level support to the MSIM CFO and the broader IM Finance Leadership team, keeping leadership priorities, calendars, and deliverables running smoothly across a fast-paced, global function.
In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services of the Firm's financial and capital resources. This is a Non-Exempt position within the Administrative / Support job family, which specializes in providing high-touch executive, calendar, travel, and coordination support to senior leadership and their teams.

What you'll do in the role:
> Provide direct, senior-level administrative support to the MSIM CFO (Managing Director) and the broader IM Finance Leadership team.
> Own complex calendar and meeting management across multiple time zones, proactively resolving conflicts and protecting leadership priorities.
> Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements and process expenses accurately and on time in line with Firm policy.
> Coordinate senior governance forums and leadership offsites, including logistics, materials, agendas, and follow-ups.
> Act as a key point of contact across Finance, the business units, and external partners, handling confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion.
> Help keep leadership priorities and deliverables on track, tracking action items and following up to ensure timely completion.
> Build and apply skills across the Firm's technology and AI toolset to work more efficiently and responsibly within Investment Management Finance.
> Act as a culture carrier; embody the Firm's values and hold yourself accountable to Firm standards.
What you'll bring to the role:
> Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders, ideally within financial services or a comparable fast-paced environment.
> Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
> Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and clients of all levels.
> Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential and time-sensitive matters.
> A proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong relationship-management and problem-solving abilities.
> Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; comfort learning new tools and AI-enabled workflows.
> Ability to work both independently and as part of a lean team, remaining calm and responsive during periods of change.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $80,000 and $115,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
