Duties

Provides leadership to subordinates and technical guidance to executive/management level representatives from the Military Services, DCMA, and other Government Agencies. Manages surveillance and evaluation of the achievement of contract E/A requirements on contracts that include research, design, development, test and production requirements. Advises personnel performing E/A operations in support of critical/complex ACAT I, II and III system design, development, and integration contracts. Leads and serves on engineering teams responsible for E/A matters at facilities where contractors are designing and building new products and integrating components, systems, and subsystems for Major Defense Acquisition Programs. Leads engineers, specialists, and analysts in applying DCMA standard E/A processes. Reviews and recommends approval of comprehensive E/A surveillance reports which address contractor performance against all cost, schedule and technical requirements.
